In cinematography and photography, the first and last hour of sunshine is referred to as such. It is the time when the lighting is softer, the hues warmer, the colours fuller and the shadows cast the longest. It's the time when you can walk down the beach almost unnoticed, paddle to the line-up and there alone in peace wait for the set and observe the great changes of the hour.

- if you are interested, we will create a blanket similar to this one for you on request. Although it won't have exactly the same layout or colouring of fabrics as here, as the source material is upcycled clothing, this is what makes each of our blankets unique, special and truly original.

MAINTENANCE:

Our products have a great advantage in terms of maintenance: they are made of already used, worn and washed many times quality cotton fabrics, which means that you can wash them in an automatic washing machine in a regular detergent on the cotton programme /e.g. blankets/ at 40 degrees, including spinning. We also wash our family quilts, which we still use, once in a while on 60 or 90 degrees (when our dogs get them really dirty, or we have them with us for long trips).

After removing the wrung out quilt from the washing machine drum, we recommend giving it a good shake (best done with two people, after all it's more weight and size) to air out the rumpled quilt pattern and flatten the quilt.

You can dry in the tumble dryer or on a regular line.

If over time the quilt should happen to rip or tear somewhere during everyday use, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will try to repair it as best we can so that it does not have to leave you prematurely.
